AAMI's history

Australian Associated Motor Insurers Ltd (AAMI) was founded with its current name in December 1970, after having provided insurance policies to motor clubs under an arrangement with Club Motor from 1934 onwards.

How HelpPay uses BPAY

The HelpPay app only requires 4 pieces of information to upload a bill; the BPAY biller code, the customer reference number, the due date, and the amount due. Once a bill has been uploaded, our users can freely share their bills with anyone. Each bill upload generates a public payment page that is easily shared with a unique link and allows anyone, with or without the HelpPay app, to contribute to the customer's bill. 

By using BPAY's APIs, we can validate that the bill is from a legitimate provider and ensure that the contributions made towards a bill, will go directly to the company that issued that bill.
